Weekly Supervisionz Tips April 14th 2024.

As Winter approaches on the farm in Otago/Southland I took the opportunity of having a weekend off to check in with myself.

Getting outside enjoying some of the fruits that living rurally brings.

Moving more, preparing healthy food for the week ahead and remembering to walk the talk I have with my supervision clients.

Most importantly

ensuring I stay grounded in terms of my own wellbeing with the colder more challenging months coming.
