Being right is not essential. When we are open to being wrong we create endless learning opportunities and are not afraid to challenge our status quo.

Being open to the idea that we are not always right creates an environment where we grow and extend our skills and knowledge to improve the care we give to our patients.

It allows us to also be kind to ourselves, taking off daily pressure and improving sustainability and productivity. It boosts our confidence as we no longer fear being wrong.

It keeps us safe in our practice and humble within ourselves ❤️
